This policy explains what information Nutan Build (operated by Sri Sambavanath Agencies LLP) collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: name, phone number, delivery address, email — needed to deliver material and raise your GST invoice.
- Business details: GSTIN and firm name, if you provide them for B2B invoicing.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your card/UPI credentials.
- Website usage: basic analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the store.
How we use it
To deliver your orders, issue invoices, answer your WhatsApp/email queries, and — only if you don't opt out — to tell you about rate drops and offers. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only what's needed to serve you: our delivery team gets your address and phone; our payment provider processes payment; tax authorities receive invoice data as legally required. Nothing more.

Want your data corrected or deleted, or want to stop marketing messages? One WhatsApp message or email to sambavanath_agencies@yahoo.com and it's done within 7 working days (invoice records are retained as required by GST law).
Security
The store runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure with encrypted connections.
