Yes. ₹400 transportation applies below ₹4,999, but we'll come. Cross ₹4,999 (about 12 bags) and the truck is free.
How fast is delivery, honestly?
Within Bengaluru, typically the same day — usually within hours. Evening orders land next morning. Slab pour scheduled? Order a day ahead and tell us the time; we deliver before your team assembles.
How does the bulk discount work?
Automatically. Put 10+ cement bags in the cart and every bag drops ₹5. At 25+ it's ₹10, at 45+ it's ₹15. No coupon, no asking. Beyond 45 bags, WhatsApp us — project rates go deeper than the site shows.
Is your cement fresh?
We're distributors — our stock rotates in days. Every bag carries the manufacturer's packing date; check it at delivery, we encourage it.
Do I get a proper bill?
A full GST invoice with every order, however small. It's in our own interest — we're a registered LLP, not a roadside depot.
What if bags arrive torn or short?
Point it out to the delivery team on the spot — replacement comes on the next run, usually same day, free. Details in our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I pay on delivery?
Payment options are shown at checkout. Regular builders can apply for credit terms via WhatsApp.
Do you supply outside Bengaluru?
Our standard zone is Bengaluru city. Just outside? Message us — for a decent quantity we usually find a way.
