No. One bag of cement is a valid order. Transportation of ₹400 applies below ₹4,999; free above that.
How does bulk pricing work?
Automatically. Add 10+ bags of cement and ₹5/bag comes off in the cart. 25+ bags: ₹10/bag. 45+ bags: ₹15/bag. No coupon, no asking. Beyond 45 bags, WhatsApp us — project rates go deeper.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead of the website?
Absolutely — many of our regulars do. Send your list, we confirm the rate, done.
Delivery
How fast is delivery?
Within hours, same day for most orders inside Bengaluru. Evening orders arrive next morning. Slab pours can be scheduled to the hour — order a day ahead.
Do you unload?
Ground-level unloading at the truck point is included. Floor-wise carrying can be arranged — mention it while ordering.
Product
Is the stock fresh?
Yes — we're distributors, so bags move from factory to godown to your site in days, not months. Check the packing date printed on any bag we deliver.
PPC or OPC 53 — which one do I need?
Rough rule: plastering, brickwork, general masonry → PPC. Slabs, columns, beams and structural concrete → OPC 53. When in doubt, ask your engineer — or ask us on WhatsApp with your use case.
Do you give a GST bill?
Every order, without asking. Your GSTIN goes on the invoice if you share it.
Payment & returns
What payment methods work?
Everything shown at checkout — UPI, cards, netbanking. Builder credit accounts available on request.
What if bags arrive damaged?
Point them out to the delivery team — replaced free, usually same day. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
