Nutan Build (nutanbuild.com, Bengaluru) collects only what's needed to deliver building material to your site. Here's exactly what that means.
What we collect
- Order details: name, phone number, delivery address/pincode, and what you bought — needed to deliver and to issue your GST invoice.
- Payment information is processed by Shopify's PCI-compliant payment systems and Razorpay; we never see or store your card numbers.
- WhatsApp messages you send us stay in our business account and are used only to serve your orders.
What we do with it
Deliver orders, issue invoices, respond to you, and — only if you don't object — occasionally tell you about rate drops or new material. Nothing else.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or trade your data to anyone
- Share your details with third parties except the delivery and payment partners needed to fulfil your order
- Spam — one message from you saying "stop" stops all promotions
Retention & your rights
Invoices are retained as required by GST law. Beyond legal requirements, you can ask us to delete your contact details anytime — message or email us and it's done within 7 days.
