These terms govern purchases from Nutan Build (nutanbuild.com), Bengaluru. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Prices
Cement is a commodity — rates change with the market. Prices shown are today's rates including GST and may be revised without notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay. Bulk per-bag reductions (10+, 25+, 45+ bags) apply automatically in the cart to cement products only.
2. Transportation
Orders below ₹4,999 carry a flat ₹400 transportation charge; orders of ₹4,999 and above are delivered free within our Bengaluru service area. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
3. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. For approved builder/contractor accounts, credit terms may be extended at our discretion via WhatsApp — these are governed by separate written agreement.
4. Product quality
We are authorised distributors and supply factory-fresh, brand-sealed material. Manufacturing quality is warranted by the respective brand (UltraTech, ACC, Birla, Ramco, Dalmia, Maha, Priya, etc.); we facilitate any brand-level quality claims. Storage and application after delivery are the customer's responsibility — cement must be stored dry, off the ground, and used within the period printed on the bag.
5. Delivery & risk
Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery at your site. Please have someone present to receive, count and inspect the material. Delivery timelines are best-effort commitments; delays due to traffic, weather, strikes or events beyond our control do not create liability.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once the truck leaves our godown, the transportation charge applies even if the order is refused.
7. Returns
Per our Return & Refund Policy. Perishable and seal-broken items cannot be returned.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the material supplied. We are not liable for indirect losses, project delays, or costs of labour and equipment.
9. Disputes
Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
