Our promise
Cement and building materials are perishable, weather-sensitive goods, so our return rules are simple and honest.
Damaged or short delivery
Count bags and check condition at the time of delivery. Torn, set (hardened), or damaged bags noted with our delivery team are replaced free on the next run — usually the same day. Shortages are similarly made good immediately.
Wrong item delivered
If we delivered the wrong brand or grade, we take it back and replace it at no cost — our mistake, our diesel.
Unopened surplus
Ordered extra? Unopened, undamaged bags in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or credit, minus a ₹400 pickup charge (waived if adjusted against your next order). Bags must have been stored dry and off the ground.
What we cannot take back
- Opened or partially used bags
- Bags stored in damp conditions or showing lumps/setting
- Material returned after 7 days
- White cement, putty, adhesives or waterproofing with broken seals
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, or instantly as store credit / adjustment in your next order — your choice.
How to raise a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the material — that's it. No forms.
