Delivery area
Nutan Build currently delivers within Bengaluru city limits. For sites just outside our zone, message us on WhatsApp — we can usually arrange it.
Delivery time
We deliver in hours, not days. Orders are typically delivered the same day; orders placed late in the evening reach you the next morning. For slab days and scheduled pours, order a day ahead and tell us your required time — we plan the truck around your work.
Transportation charges
- Orders below ₹4,999: flat ₹400 transportation charge, shown at checkout.
- Orders of ₹4,999 and above: free delivery.
Unloading
Delivery includes unloading help at ground level at the truck-accessible point. Carrying to upper floors or interior storage can be arranged — mention it on WhatsApp when ordering.
Receiving your order
Please ensure someone is present at the site to receive and count the material. Any shortage or transit damage should be noted with our delivery team at the time of delivery.
GST invoice
Every order ships with a GST invoice — no exceptions.
